“To say that "Think Fit” is a way of life is an understatement; it has been and continues to be a way to change and improve my life.  I have been a success and a failure in different diet and exercise programs. As soon as I am finished with a program that I vowed would be the last one, I would get back on my destructive path of unhealthy choices. When I joined Think Fit, I immediately realized why other programs didn’t work for me. They were missing a huge element in success… My head!! This program is equally focused on the whole person: physical, mental, and spiritual.  This is not a program for losing a quick 5 Lbs for a reunion or a wedding, rather this is for the long haul; a life change that takes into consideration exercise, nutrition, what am I telling myself, and most importantly: what is God saying about me. There has been a lot of positive changes for me, some big, most are the many small decisions I make throughout the day, things like: recognizing real vs. emotional hunger; letting go of perfectionism; forgiving myself when I make a mistake; allowing time to rest-and being okay with it; letting go of the “all or nothing” mentality, and many more. I am grateful that Jenny developed this program and look forward to continue this journey to health and wholeness.” Enas
